About Lacamas View

Lacamas View Homeowner's Association (HOA) is a Washington State non-profit corporation representing all property owners within the Lacams View subdivision in Camas, Washington.

Lacamas View is a neighborhood of approximately 100 homes located on the northern side of Prune Hill between NW 43rd Avenue to the north and NW 38th Avenue to the south, with NW Sierra Drive as our central thoroughfare:

While the majority of homes here were built in the mid-to-late 90's, a few are of as recent construction as the 2000's and 2010's.  The HOA's primary amenities are 2 parks- a maintained "upper park" enclosed by the homes along NW 40th Avenue, NW Oregon Street, and NW 38th Avenue, and a more natural "lower park" enclosed between the homes along lower NW Sierra Drive and NW 38th Avenue.

This blog is owned and maintained by the Board of the Lacamas View Homeowner's Association for the purposes of providing useful and timely information to HOA members, real estate professionals representing clients with interests in our neighborhood, and municipal employees seeking coordination from the HOA for the purposes of maintenance and safety projects.
