Due to one of our associates successfully completing a new home purchase outside of Lacams View, a new opening has appeared on the Lacamas View HOA Board.
Serving on the Board is a great opportunity to get involved in your community, meet neighbors, and the time commitment is minimal- just 6 bi-monthly meetings per year!
As you probably are aware, our yearly dues are less than what many other HOAs charge per-month! and this is in no small part to having an all-volunteer board, instead of a professionally-managed one which would increase everyone's dues without providing any new amenities.
Please consider offering just a little bit of your time to ensure the continued viability of our self-run HOA. We cannot do this without you, but with you we can guarantee many more years of well-run, accountable, and economical community governorship.
