HOA mailers containing the annual newsletter as well as an invoice for your 2021 dues went out this week. Some of you chose to pay through your bank's automated bill payment system. While these are extremely convenient and we appreciate the promptness by which payment is received through them, please note that every year the Board is allowed, as its discretion, to increase dues (up to 6%), as was the case this year. For those who paid early, you will receive an invoice for the difference. For all others, your mailer should arrive shortly. We did our best to get these out to you as quickly as possible, even after certain unforeseen delays....
